Inside the accounting workflow

The challenge: turn mixed documents into usable accounting data without losing the trail through corrections, approvals and export.

The decision: give AI agents scoped MCP tools for document context, accounting history and ledger lookups. Typed accounting proposals are validated by the backend, rather than treating model output as a final posting.

Human control: agents can request intervention when input is missing. Permanent processing-rule changes require human approval; the application retains the proposal and review trail.

The mapping and currency decisions

The challenge: local offices use different account codes and currencies. A shared report needs consistent meaning, not just matching spreadsheet columns.

The decision: maintain office-specific value mappings, validate target codes and reject duplicate source mappings. Currency conversion distinguishes period-average from period-end rates and checks the reporting period before use.

Failure handling: missing or outdated currency rates raise a validation error rather than silently producing a converted total. Reporting keeps the link to its local source.

Make your next take your best. Import your favourite songs, sing with live pitch guidance and see your melody and rhythm scores. Replay or download each performance, then request an AI review of your recording.

Live guidance and AI review

The challenge: combine feedback fast enough to guide a live performance with a more detailed review afterwards.

The decision: score pitch, rhythm and note duration in the browser, with live higher/lower cues. Correct notes count in any octave, using the same comparison for scoring and guidance.

AI review: on request, an OpenClaw agent analyses the full WAV recording and song chart using audio-analysis tools. The backend validates its response against the original recording. This experimental feedback stays separate from the technical score.

Player control: import UltraStar songs, use the interface in six languages, and replay or download each recording as WAV. Audio is sent for AI analysis only when the player requests it.

Keeping a multiplayer turn consistent

The challenge: a lost response must not turn one confirmed move into two, or make a reconnect lose the game.

The decision: keep the Go server authoritative. Confirmed moves are stored transactionally in PostgreSQL with durable command deduplication; WebSocket snapshots update the clients.

Recovery: players can restore their session and unfinished turn after a disconnect. React supplies the lobby and accessible controls; Phaser renders the board.
